1. Online Intent to Enter form deadline - Friday, Oct. 3, 2008 - 11:59pm

2. Mail your Entry Fee with copy of completed Intent to Enter form by Saturday, October 4, 2008.

3. Varsity Roster Entry Deadline: Monday, Oct. 6  2008, 9:00pm at Head Count.

2. Enter seven (7) Varsity athletes in the online Head Count Team Roster Form beginning on Sept 19, 2008.

• You may run up to 7 athletes in the Varsity races.
• You will not be able to change your race division after the Final Online Entry Deadline has past.
• Changes may also be made during the morning of the meet on October 11th. The runner you add will wear the number assigned to the runner you remove.

• Competitors in the 7th and 8th Grade, Freshmen, and JV races will not need numbers. Therefore we will not need their names so you don't need to register runners in any non-varsity races. You may run an unlimited number of athletes in the non-varsity races.

• Make checks payable to "Bill Baron" or "Wickham Invitation"
• $60.00  for  one  team
• $115.00  for  both  boys and girls
• $35.00  for  middle  school  teams

• Varsity and Junior Varsity Boys and Girls - 5km course map
• Freshman Boys and Girls -  4km course
• Middle School Boys and Girls - 3km course map unavailable.

• Individual Awards:
  Championship Race – 35 trophies and 25 medals
  Unseeded and Seeded Varsity – 35 trophies & 25 medals
  Freshman and JV Races – 50 medals
  7th and 8th Grade Race – 50 smaller medals
• Team Awards:
  Trophies to top 4 teams in Varsity Races.
