Entry Limits:

- Athletes may compete in 3 events;
no boy/girl may be entered in more than three (3) events, including
relays. Entry as an alternate counts as one of the athlete's three (3)
events.
- You may
not add or change athletes on the day of competition.
- You may
scratch without penalty before the start of the meet at 9:45am.

Entry Fees are due by April 12th, 2008. All Entry Fee Balances must be
reconciled before the start of the meet in order for a team to compete.
Purchase Orders and school checks are tolerated at day of the meet. Entry
fees are charged for entering the meet. You owe for each entry made
online. No refunds of event entry for scratches
or no-shows.
* Failure to pay will result in team's not being able to enter next
year's meet.

Meet Rules:
|
- All
athletes must be eligible to represent their respective schools in
accordance to (C.I.A.C.) regulations.
- Code of Conduct:
Athletes and Coaches are expected to behave in a proper manner. The
infield is out of bounds to athletes and coaches. We will be using
automatic timing so athletes and coaches are expected to stay away from
the finish line.

Entry Standards:
|
Only
enter athletes who meet the minimum entry standards. Field events will
have minimum marks painted on the areas. If an athlete’s throw or jump
doesn’t reach the minimum standard it will not be measured. Please don’t
embarrass your athletes.

Awards:

- Custom
medals will be presented to the first 6 finishers in each event including
JV events.

Intermediate 400 Hurdles: We will be running
the 400 Intermediate hurdles. We do not have the 300 marks on the track.
Please enter athletes who you believe can run the 400 hurdles.
Men: Add 17 seconds to 300m Hurdle time when entering athletes.
Women: Add 19 seconds to 300m Hurdle time when entering athletes.

Steeplechase: We will run a 3000m steeplechase
for men and a 2000m steeplechase for women. Please enter only quality
athletes in the women's steeplechase.
