Welcome Letter

Dear Coach, Parents, and Teachers:

I am please to announce the Bloomfield Youth Developmental Series and the 2nd Annual Bloomfield Youth Invitational Outdoor Track and Field Meet.  The Bloomfield Youth Invitational was created to:

• Encourage youth physical fitness,

• Afford fun learning experiences for youth 9 to 14 years old,

• Grant an opportunity for youth to compete and build sportsmanship while building their leadership skills. 

The USATF CT Association sponsors the events.  We encourage ALL participants to have 2008 USATF membership. However, none -USATF members may still participate.  You may obtain membership by visiting http://www.usatf-ct.org/membership/choice.asp

The events will be held at the Bloomfield High School Track and Field Facility.  The 2008 schedule and registration information are included.  After March 1, 2008, you may obtain additional information and download registration, teams and individual participation forms at this site.
