Entry Limits:
|
- Athletes
may compete in 3 events; if an athlete is listed on a relay, the relay
counts as 1 of the athlete's 3 events. Each school is allowed only 3
athletes per event. Hurdles, 100-meter dash and field = top 8 times and
throws to finals.

Relay
Events:
Each school may enter "A" and "B" relay teams in relay events. Please seed honestly!

ONLINE Intent to Enter form must be completed by 6:00pm on Wednesday,
Mar. 26th, 2008.

Online Athlete Event Entry
deadline is Tuesday, 11:59pm, April 1, 2008, NO LATE
Entries.
- Coaches will be asked to help
officiate events - Event signup on Intent to Enter form.

There will be no new entries after April 1, 2008. Scratches of registered
athletes will begin at 8:30 AM and will close at 9:30 AM on morning of the
meet.

Entry Fees - Checks:

- Entry fee: $50 for individual team ($100 for Men and Women Teams).
- ALL Entry fees
must be received before competition begins!.
- Mail check with
copy of Intent to Enter form.
- Make

Meet Rules:
|

All running events will be Women followed by Men.
(Except in the finals of the hurdles.)

To insure a fair and quality meet, CIAC rules will
govern all events.
- A coaches’ information packet will be available to you when you arrive.
- Coaches, please pay special attention to the following:
- Times will determine place, regardless of heat.
- Uniforms must be worn during competition & meet
relay requirements.
- Absolutely no Frisbees, footballs, soccer balls,
etc.
- Sportsmanship at all times to all people.
- No radios or boom boxes – please have your athletes
wear headphones.

Awards:

- Medals
to top 6 place finishers.

Doctor and Trainer:
|
- Athletic Trainer on site during meet.
|
Implement Check:
|
- All implements must be checked in by an inspector prior to use
in the meet. Violators will be disqualified for using implements
that have not passed meet inspection.
